Client Stories

Notes from store owners and marketing leads who commissioned funnel reports from our Ulsan studio.

The April report flagged that 34% of mobile users dropped at the shipping-calculator step. We had assumed payment was the problem. Moving the calculator earlier and showing an estimate on the product page cut abandonment noticeably — though I wish the first report had arrived a week sooner before our spring sale.
— Yoon Se-rin, founder, Morrow Linen (Seoul)
Kim Hae-won walked us through the channel attribution summary on a call. For the first time we could see Naver Blog traffic converting at half the rate of Instagram — despite similar spend. We shifted budget before Chuseok and saw orders from blog referrals recover.
— Choi Da-eun, marketing manager, Sora Pantry (Daegu)
Straightforward PDF, no fluff. The checkout diagnostics listed exactly which form fields caused retries on KakaoPay. Our developer fixed three validation messages in an afternoon.
— Park Jae-min, e-commerce coordinator, Weld & Weft Apparel (Incheon)
We run two storefronts — domestic and export. Lee Ji-soo delivered bilingual summaries that our US distributor could read without translation delays. The only gap: we wanted weekly snapshots during a product launch, which falls outside the standard monthly cadence.
— Han Mei-ling, operations, Cedar & Clay Ceramics (Gwangju)

Case note: Hanul Home Goods — mobile checkout realignment

Store: Home goods, ~1,200 orders/month, Cafe24 storefront
Commission: Monthly Conversion Funnel Report, March–June 2025
Challenge: Cart adds were strong but completed orders lagged on mobile, especially on weekends.

Our March briefing showed guest checkout buried below account creation on screens under 390px. Min-jun Park's team moved guest checkout above the fold and simplified the phone-number field. By May, mobile completion rates improved relative to the January baseline documented in the report appendix. We continued monthly reporting to verify the change held through a summer promotion.
